【好好活(HaoLife)隐私政策】
好好活(以下简称“我们”)非常重视您的隐私与数据安全。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储、共享和保护您的个人信息。
一、我们收集的信息
- 您主动提供的信息:如手机号、邮箱、姓名、SOS 内容、紧急联系人信息、守护关系配置、数字遗愿与相关资料。
- 设备与运行信息:如设备型号、系统版本、应用运行状态、必要的网络与安全日志。
- 位置信息:仅在您主动启用相关安全功能、执行打卡、共享位置、或触发 SOS 时,才会处理定位信息。
二、我们如何使用这些信息
- 用于提供账号登录、身份校验、守护关系、紧急联系人、SOS、定时打卡、数字遗愿分发等核心功能。
- 用于风险防控、异常检测、账号安全、系统可靠性与服务运维。
- 在触发紧急流程时,将相关信息发送给您自行配置的紧急联系人、守护者或指定接收方。
- 对于数字遗愿,我们采用加密存储;触发邮件仅发送通知、必要元数据与受控查看链接,不直接包含遗愿正文。
三、我们如何共享信息
我们不会出售您的个人信息。除以下情形外,我们不会向外部提供您的数据:
- 为完成您主动触发或授权的紧急通知、验证码发送、邮件发送、短信发送、或数字遗愿分发所必需。
- 为履行法律法规、监管要求、司法命令或依法配合调查所必需。
四、数据存储与安全
我们采用权限控制、访问审计、传输保护、加密存储及其他合理的技术和管理措施保护您的信息安全。数字遗愿等高敏感内容会以加密形式存储;当触发遗愿分发条件时,邮件仅发送受控查看入口,接收方仍需通过一次性验证码验证后,系统才会临时展示正文。对于高敏感数据,我们会持续加强隔离和加密策略,但任何互联网传输和存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。
五、您的权利

HaoLife (“we”, “our”, or “us”) values your privacy and data security. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide directly, such as your phone number, email address, real name, SOS message, emergency contact details, guardian configuration, and digital will content.
- Device and service operation information, such as device model, operating system version, application status, and necessary network or security logs.
- Location information, but only when you actively enable relevant safety functions, perform a check-in, share your location, or trigger SOS.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide login, identity verification, guardian network, emergency contact, SOS, scheduled check-in, and digital will related features.
- To support fraud prevention, security monitoring, abuse detection, service reliability, and operational maintenance.
- To deliver emergency or configured notifications to the contacts, guardians, or recipients that you selected.
- For digital wills, we store the content in encrypted form; triggered emails only contain the notice, necessary metadata, and a controlled access link, not the full will body itself.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We only share data when it is necessary to:
- Deliver a user-requested or user-triggered service, such as emergency notifications, verification messages, email delivery, SMS delivery, or digital will dispatch.
- Comply with legal obligations, regulatory requirements, court orders, or lawful investigations.
4. Data Storage and Security
We use access controls, audit logging, transport protection, encryption, and other reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. High-sensitivity content such as digital wills is stored encrypted at rest; when a will is triggered, email only delivers a controlled viewing link, and the designated recipient must complete a one-time verification step before the content is temporarily revealed. However, no method of transmission or storage over the Internet can be guaranteed as absolutely secure.
5. Your Rights

6. Minors
If you are a minor, you should use HaoLife only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
7. Policy Updates
