【好好活(HaoLife)用户服务协议】
欢迎您使用好好活(HaoLife)软件及服务。
为使用好好活(以下简称“本软件”)及服务,您应当阅读并遵守本协议。请您务必审慎阅读并充分理解各条款内容,尤其是与责任限制、风险提示、账号使用和紧急通知相关的条款。
一、协议适用范围
本协议适用于您使用 HaoLife 提供的账号体系、守护关系、紧急联系人、SOS 求助、定时报平安(Check-in)、数字遗愿与相关辅助服务。
二、账号与使用资格
- 您应当提供真实、准确、合法、有效的注册信息,并及时更新。
- 您应当妥善保管账号、验证码、密码及其他身份凭证,并对账号下发生的行为承担责任。
- 如果您是未成年人,请在监护人同意和指导下使用本服务。
三、服务性质说明
HaoLife 是一款个人安全协调与数字遗愿管理工具,不属于警方、医院、消防、急救中心或法律机构,也不能替代任何公共紧急救援热线、医疗诊断、律师意见或遗嘱公证服务。
四、用户义务
- 不得冒用他人身份注册或使用服务。
- 不得利用本服务发布违法、欺诈、骚扰、侮辱、虚假或误导性内容。
- 您应确保被添加为紧急联系人或守护者的人,已经获得您的合理授权或知情同意。
五、通知与触发规则
当您主动触发 SOS、出现异常打卡状态、或满足您设置的产品触发条件时,系统可能向您自行配置的紧急联系人、守护者或指定接收方发送通知、定位、SOS 内容或数字遗愿分发提醒。数字遗愿触发邮件仅发送通知、必要元数据与受控查看链接,不直接包含遗愿正文;指定接收方需完成一次性验证码验证后方可查看。

七、服务变更与中断
我们可能根据产品运营、合规要求、技术升级或风险控制需要,对服务内容、功能、规则或本协议进行调整。继续使用服务,视为您接受调整后的版本。
八、责任限制
在法律允许范围内,HaoLife 将尽合理努力提供稳定服务,但不对因网络中断、第三方服务故障、不可抗力、恶意攻击、设备损坏、用户误操作等导致的服务中断、通知延迟或数据异常承担无限责任。

[HaoLife User Service Agreement]
Welcome to HaoLife software and services.
Before using HaoLife (the “Service”), please read this agreement carefully. By registering for or continuing to use HaoLife, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, especially the provisions regarding safety notices, liability limitations, and account security.
1. Scope
This agreement applies to your use of HaoLife account services, guardian relationships, emergency contacts, SOS emergency features, check-in monitoring, digital will management, and related support functions.
2. Account and Eligibility
- You must provide truthful, lawful, and up-to-date registration information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account, verification codes, password, and other credentials.
- If you are a minor, you should only use the Service with parental or legal guardian consent and supervision.
3. Nature of the Service
HaoLife is a personal safety coordination and digital legacy management tool. It is not a law enforcement service, medical institution, ambulance provider, emergency hotline, or legal advisor, and it does not replace any public emergency or professional service.
4. User Responsibilities
- You must not impersonate another person or create misleading accounts.
- You must not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
- You should ensure that any emergency contact or guardian you configure is a person you are authorized to involve.
5. Triggered Notifications
When you manually trigger SOS, miss required check-ins, or meet configured product trigger conditions, HaoLife may send your alert content, location, and related emergency or digital will notification data to the emergency contacts, guardians, or recipients that you configured. Digital will trigger emails only deliver the notice, necessary metadata, and a controlled viewing link; they do not include the will body itself, and the designated recipient must complete a one-time verification step before viewing.
6. Privacy and Data

7. Service Changes
We may update the Service, operational rules, or this agreement as needed for legal, operational, security, or technical reasons. Your continued use of HaoLife means that you accept the updated version.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, HaoLife will make reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not subject to unlimited liability for delays, outages, delivery failures, or data issues caused by network disruptions, third-party failures, force majeure, malicious attacks, device issues, or user misuse.
